Rules and Regulations

By electronically signing the bottom you agree to abide by the UBEA (Utah Ballroom Education Association) Rules and Regulations (click for full rules). You must also agree to the heel guard rules (heel guards in good condition are required for all ladies shoes except block heels).

This form will collect your Team information and events in which you would like to compete. This is only the first step! After you have completed this form, it will display the team registration cost. The registration total will also be emailed to the director email address.

Please pay the registration cost online (via PayPal invoice), in person at OHS, or by mail. These options will be explained in detail in Step 2. (after you submit the information below)

Please submit your entries by Oct 18th. After Oct 22rd - we may not be able to accept if they create additional rounds.
