      Rules and Regulations

      By electronically signing this entry form you agree to abide by the UBEA (Utah Ballroom Education Association) Rules and Regulations (click for full rules). You must also agree to the heel guard rules (heel guards in good condition are required for all ladies shoes except block heels). Parents must electronically sign the forms of anyone under 18 years old. (put NA if you are 18 or over)

      Competition Fees

      The fee to compete is $10 per couple for each Open events, $5 per couple for each Syllabus event, and $5 for each Solo Lady Event.
      The admission to the competition (for both competitors and spectators) will be $8 per person. Tickets can be purchased online very soon. Tickets will also be available for purchase at the door on the day of the competition.

      Payment and Registration Due Dates

      Entries due Sept 9, 2023

      September 10, 2023 and later - each entry form will have a $10 late fee.
      September 17, 2023 and later - each entry form will have a $20 late fee.
      After September 16, 2023 - late entries will only be accepted if they do not create additional rounds.

      I understand that heelguards in good condition are required for all ladies (except block heels). If I do not have heel guards that cover my heel, I will purchase some at the competition.

    • It is Alpine School District policy that all ASD school team members who are required by their coach to compete must have all fees paid by their school's Ballroom program.

      We will confirm your status with your coach. Your registration fees will be sent to your coach and billed to your school's Ballroom program.
