Rules and Regulations
By electronically signing this entry form you agree to abide by the UBEA (Utah Ballroom Education Association) Rules and Regulations (click for full rules). You must also agree to the heel guard rules (heel guards in good condition are required for all ladies shoes except block heels). Parents or coaches must electronically sign the forms of anyone 18 year or younger.
Competition Fees
The fee to compete is
- - $5 per couple per Syllabus/Newcomer event
- - $8 per couple per Open event
Public admission to the competition (for both competitors and spectators) will be $8 per person. Coaches should purchase tickets for their team. Tickets are available to purchase online here.
Table Seats
Floor table seats are $25 per day and are available to purchase online here.
Payment and Registration Due Dates
No payment is required at the time of registration. Your registration fees will be billed to your school (as indicated below). If your school is not listed, please ask your coach to contact the organizer at

Entries due February 10, 2024
February 11, 2024 and later - each entry form will have a $10 late fee.
February 18, 2024 and later - each entry form will have a $20 late fee.
After Feburary 17, 2024 - late entries will only be accepted if they do not create additional rounds.
